Student Conduct & Classroom Etiquette

Students should not join a class late.Joining late takes away from the teaching time of the facilitator. Joining once the class has started will make the student feel lost and will also disrupt the flow of the rest of the batch's session if the facilitator attempts to bring the student up to speed.

Group Sessions: These sessions are for 50 minutes. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the assigned hour as our facilitators might have other classes.

Individual Sessions: These sessions are for 40 minutes and cannot be extended beyond the assigned hour as our facilitators might have other classes.

Students should be at their desks and logged in 5 minutes before class starts, so they are ready to start the session on time.

Their cameras should also stay on at all times during the class.

Students should set up their study space in a quiet room away from distractions. For example, they should not sit in a place where their parents and other family members may be walking around or talking in the background.

Students should speak one at a time, to ensure everyone in the classroom can participate and be heard. Their microphones should be muted until it is their turn to speak.

Students should use the 'raise your hand' function on zoom when they want to speak or participate in the activities.

Students should be prepared with all the materials required for a class, for example, art materials, a pencil and a notebook

for taking notes, a bottle of water, any musical instrument required and any assignments/homework from previous sessions.

Students should not use their phones or play with any other toy or gadget during the class. They should also refrain from eating or drinking beverages during the class, as that can be very distracting for the other students. They will also not be able to talk or participate during class if they are eating.

Are your batches age-specific?

Yes, all group classes will be as per the level of the child.

Are your classes pre-recorded or live & how many kids do youz teach in one class?

All our classes are Live & Interactive. We strongly believe in specialized and focused teaching along with peer collaboration. This is why we Neve small group classes with 1 teacher for 4 kids maintaining a 1:4 ratio

Who designs your courses?

Each course is designed by our in-house special curriculum and pedagogy team with experience of over 30+ years. As an example, our young leaders program is built by experts,

What is your refund policy?

We offer a pro-rata reftand (Post taxes payment gateway transaction charges) for any unattended classes for one on one sessions. For our group classes, there is no refund alter the child has attended Eight classes.

What is the duration of each class?

Each privale 1:1 class duration varies FOR 40 class duration will be 40 min, and if there is more than 1 student in the batch, the class duration increases to 50 min. Each group class content is designed to engage each student

What happens if my kid misses a class?

You will be allowed to cancel TWO hours before class starts time. If you miss canceling t the class, you will be provided a EXTRA session at end of the class. If Parents not undated anything prior to class management team, then no extra class could give (KINDLY NOTE-long term holiday can provide one time)

How can I keep track of my child's progress?

Post enrollment, you will be given your personalized panel where you can find all important progress reports, teachers' assessments, classes' schedules, and recordings. You will have ifetime access to the panel,

Bloom Skill Education Refund Policy

We want you to be happy, so all eligible Bloom skill courses can be refunded within 7 days. If you are dissatisfied with a course for any reason, you may request a refund, provided your request follows the guidelines in our refund policy.

Certain restrictions may apply, and certain purchases may be eligible only for credit refunds. Please see the section below for more information on our refund policy.

Our 7-day return policy:

While our 7-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk free, we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.Customers will be eligible for a pro rata refund to the tune of unused classes.Refund processing time is between 30-60 days from the date of raising request with the Customer Support. Requests for refund will be considered only when a query is raised with info@bloomskill.in
